PET-Bottle Airtank
thingiverse
I created a versatile adapter for a PET bottle deposit, designed to withstand 10bar pressure and effortlessly accommodate easy replacement of the bottle. The bottle plug is made from aluminum due to its superior strength in this material compared to PLA. To build this adapter, you will need the following components: * 2x O-Ring with an inner diameter of 14mm and a thickness of 3mm * 2x M3 nuts * A single M3 screw measuring 16mm long * Another M3 screw that is 30mm in length * Something to securely attach the tube to the plug Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Homemade machine Rafts: Not necessary Supports: None required Resolution: Set at 0.2 Infill: Opt for a density of between 20% and 25% Notes: Solid top and bottom layers should be printed with four passes. Perimeter walls also require four passes for optimal results
