Pesto Spoon

Pesto Spoon

I crafted this design specifically to complement my spice mix when used with olive oil, which is why I dubbed it a "Pesto Spoon" - the name was as convenient as it was necessary. Based on my research and observations of similar prints, it appears that scaling issues can arise if you're not using Simplify3D; Cura seems to be prone to errors in this regard. To ensure accurate results when printing with Cura, I've found it helpful to scale the model up by 38X, which has proven to produce a perfect replica of my original design. However, upon switching to Simplify3D, I was relieved to find that my design drops into place at exactly the right size - a difference I attribute to the software's more intuitive handling of inch versus millimeter conversions. Instructions: To bring this model to life, I chose XT Light Green (FDA Approved Food Grade), a vibrant color that perfectly complements any spice mix. To create a durable and stable product, I opted for 70% fill density, along with a precision-crafted layer thickness of .15 millimeters, yielding an impeccable finish that would put even the most seasoned craftspeople to shame.
