Historians have searched for the location of Pompée's Trophy for several centuries. It is worth mentioning Mme BLANGY's research in 1981. Programmed excavations, entrusted to G.Castellvi (for France) and J.M. Nolla / I. Roda (for Spain), confirm the existence of this trophy at this place. The Halicarnassus Mausoleum (350 BC) and the Trophy of the Turbie (side Monaco, 6/7 BC) were built with the same dimensions, identical module. By applying the same blueprint we arrive at a height of 53.34 meters for hypothesis "high" and a height of 35.56 meters for hypothesis "low". Six hypotheses have been presented to date.
