The car has ten windows on each side in the original, and a length of approximately 27 meters, which translates to around 84 centimeters in the model. However, with this length, only large curve radii can be navigated. I therefore built the model with only six windows, resulting in a model length of 59 centimeters. With this length, curves R1 are accessible. Since the parts are designed modularly (basis = one compartment), additional units can be added up to the scale-accurate length, of course. The car can be built as a first-class or second-class vehicle. The difference lies not only in the paint job but also in the interior layout. The print templates are relatively small and detailed (assembly system) and must be assembled with an appropriate adhesive. I printed the parts in ABS and bonded them with dissolved ABS in acetone. I practically printed all the parts at a resolution of 0.25mm without supports. The number of parts to be printed can be determined from the provided 3D views (PDF files) of the individual modules. The model, depicted in its shortened version, weighs around 1,250 grams. This allows for an estimate of the required printing time (approximately 40 hours). The axles are lubricated with ball bearings (e.g., Conrad order number: 221987 - 62).
