In this thesis, we focus on a personal tracked vehicle (PTV) prototype called go kart. By utilizing the build plans purchased for the PTV, we aim to redesign a similar go kart. Sourcing appropriate metric components from local markets, we'll integrate a chain drive, belt drive, shafts, bearings, and disc brake. Design calculations will guide component selection from catalogues. Structural analysis helps in choosing suitable tubes for the frame. A 3D model, drawn with SI units in millimeters, allows issue identification and verification of proper component fitment.
