Persona 5: Kamoshida's Crown

Shadow Suguru Kamoshida's regal headgear from the game Persona 5 is a masterpiece of design and functionality. The holes on either side of the crown allow for effortless use of a headband or pin to secure it in place, as its lightweight construction makes it unlikely to stay put by itself. To keep it firmly anchored, I used twist-ties with my wig, which proved to be an excellent solution. The crown remained securely fastened throughout my energetic antics, refusing to budge even once. This creation is a meticulous recreation of Kamoshida's in-game model and cartoony avatar, capturing the distinctive essence of his character. While it was crafted from images of the game rather than in-game files, I strived to achieve an uncanny level of accuracy, taking into account the subtle differences between the two representations. It is worth noting that DC Douglas, the voice actor behind Kamoshida's US version, wore this very crown at DragonCon 2018.
