Perseverance, Petite

Perseverance, Petite

myminifactory

"Perseverance, Petite" is a more compact version of my original Perseverance design, inspired by a Disney Research animation study video from June, 2014. It employs threaded assembly instead of the press fit assembly used in the original, making it travel better. As a smaller model, it also takes up less space on my desktop, which is becoming increasingly crowded. A motorized version powered by solar energy is on its way, and here's a video showcasing the prototype: As usual, I likely forgot one or two files, so please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions - I make mistakes often enough. "Perseverance, Petite" was designed using Autodesk Fusion 360, sliced with Cura 2.3.1, and printed in PLA on an Ultimaker 2+ Extended and an Ultimaker 3 Extended.
