Perpetual Motion Test - Da Vinci Overbalanced Wheel

Perpetual Motion Test - Da Vinci Overbalanced Wheel

thingiverse

After watching a compelling YouTube video at http://youtu.be/287qd4uI7-E, I attempted to create my own overbalanced wheel to see if it would work... Watch my video of me trying to get it spinning... Epic fail! It seems I designed it incorrectly or missed something. Help me out; if anyone knows how to make it function like in the YouTube clip, please share your insights. Otherwise, this creation will serve as a cool desktop ornament only. Thank you! Kindly use the provided files: Perpetual Wheel.stl, Perpetual Wheel Base.stl, and Perpetually Wheel Weights.stl. Assemble it based on the images' guidance.
