Perpetual Calendar
prusaprinters
<p>Perpetual Calendar. No need for batteries or buying one every year. Printed on Hatchbox orange, Sunlu black and white PLA, the gold pieces are silk PLA. Sliced in PrusaSlicer, layer .2 mm, .4 nozzle and Prusament PLA settings. You will need a piece of string, I used fishing line, 13 6mmx2mm neodymium round magnets, 12 for the months and one for the month selector. There is a small hole on the Days bar and Month selector for the string. I used hot glue to glue everything together and to attach the fishing line to the days bar and month selector. No need for MMU, just change the filament layer color with the slicer. I paused the printer to insert the magnets inside the slots in the Months circle and the Month selector. In case you are using a 3D printer with a PINDA probe you will need to watch the printer because the PINDA probe was pulling the magnets out, I had to pause the printer a couple of times to inserts the magnets again inside the slots the Months circle. I took 2 pictures when I pause the printer to insert the magnets. Pay attention to the + and - of the magnets, all of them must be inserted the same way. If you want to hang it on the wall just use the front leg and use double sided tape to attach it to the wall. The Days Bar is a single piece and it barely fits the bed of my MK3S. The Months circle is 210 mm in diameter and the Days bar is 312 mm long. If you have any questions send a message. Happy 3D printing</p>
