This is part of a series of 30 exercises created through the 3D4KIDS program. One goal of this Erasmus+ program is to boost teachers' knowledge of 3d printing technology by crafting targeted training materials. For more information, visit: 3d4kids.eu During this project, students have applied various techniques to cut, prepare, shape and join different materials. Students used 2D Design to create an image that was then engraved onto Acrylic by the Laser Cutter. Students also utilized multiple tools/machines to process the mild steel, including the brazing hearth. To finish the project, the metal support for the base must be covered in plastic at both ends.
