PeRL - Tiltable

PeRL - Tiltable

This is a tiltable version of the PeRL that I've remixed to engrave tumblers efficiently. There's probably a fancier way to tilt it, but this was a quick design solution that works effectively. I've included the cone head that I use as an idle grip for smooth operation. I also use a four-jaw centering chuck (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5791) that I couple to the motor with a rigid coupler for reliable performance. I've modified the jaws to be able to grip larger bottles securely. Follow the instructions from the original PeRL for most of the assembly and for the parts list (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3729460). You will need some additional hardware to complete the project: 2 x 1/4-20x1" - Hex bolts 2 x 1/4-20 - Wing nuts 1 x 1/4-20 - nut 1 x 1/4-20x4.5" - Square neck bolt (I used a 6" bolt and cut it to size) 1 x 5/16x3.5" - Hex bolt 1 x 5/16 - Nut The assembly is straightforward, with the pictures providing a clear idea of how to assemble it effectively. The two towers are designed to be 380mm apart for optimal performance. I'd like to thank TommasoEngineering for the original design, which I've used successfully for some time and found to be surprisingly efficient.
