Peristaltic Pump Version .51 I had to whip up a dosing pump, so here it is. You can run it on a timer module. The flow rate is approximately 32ml per minute. Check out the assembly instructions: Instructions: 01. Get ready to print your parts in 3D. 02. Assemble the center hub with three bearings, three M6 nuts, three M6 bolts, and six flat washers. 03. Attach the coupler to the shaft using two M4 screws, but don't screw in the topmost holes just yet. This is where we're placing a 20mm wire that turns the pump. Feed the wire through the vacant top holes. 04. Connect the motor to the body with two M3 x 12mm screws. 05. Secure the pump body to the frame using two self-tapping screws. 06. Join the frame to the body securely. 07. Drop in the hub assembly and position the wire in the notch at the bottom of the hub carefully. 08. Attach the guide cover to the pump body with four self-tapping screws firmly. 09. Screw in the plastic side hose retainers tightly. 10. Power up the pump and feed 300-350mm of tubing in slowly.
