Peristaltic Pump

Peristaltic Pump

thingiverse

I'm kicking off a brand new project that requires a high-capacity peristaltic pump, specifically one that uses a generously-sized 1/2" silicone tube line to transport liquids at an impressive rate. I'm anticipating it'll reach speeds of around 2000 ml/min or close to it. To power this robust system, I'm considering employing either a NEMA 17 or 23 stepper motor - the final choice will depend on my specific needs. This pump is going to be a hybrid masterpiece, combining the strength and durability of aluminum with the precision and versatility of plastic 3D printing. The body will be crafted using a 3D printer, while the plates will be carefully cut out on my trusty CNC router.
