Peristaltic Pump
thingiverse
This is a reworked version of a peristaltic pump from Kardis. I've redesigned the rotor component to provide a better grip on the shaft, now incorporating an internal slot for an M3 nut. The rotor consists of two parts that need to be glued together. If printed with ABS material, use a small amount of acetone; if printed with PLA material, use cyanoacrylate glue. The stator uses the same screw positions as the original part and is designed for 5mm outer diameter and 3mm inner diameter silicone tube. I've fine-tuned the internal diameter of the stator until it applies enough force to create a tight seal. You can experiment with different internal diameters of the stator to find the perfect size for a good seal. I've prepared various sizes of stator with internal diameters ranging from 39.7mm to 40.7mm. Required components include: 1 * Mx10 (motor axis lock) 8 * M3x2 nut 4 * M3x8 screw (motor mount) 4 * M3x20 screw 3 * M3x11 screw 3 * Bearings 624ZZ ball 4x13x5mm This design was created in OnShape. Enjoy.
