Peristaltic Pump 5/16 inch tubing Nema 17
thingiverse
This is an untested prototype of a peristaltic pump that utilizes a widely available Nema 17 stepper motor. It employs 1/4-5/16 tubing with a wall thickness of 1/32, and the design will be updated once the model has been printed over the next couple of days. This concept may work, as I have recently reviewed the files and plan to obtain the tubing tomorrow. The primary objective of this project is to develop a simple, durable, easy-to-print, low-hardware, and high-flow peristaltic pump. Now that we've clarified this point, I'm excited to share one of my first successful uploads, and any donations are gratefully accepted, even though I feel like I'm humbly requesting support. Here is the link for the tubing: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000FMYWKC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The necessary components include: * 608zz bearings * 1/4-5/16-2~3 inch silicone tubing * 4 m3 screws (for Nema 17 motor) * (4 screws if chosen housing with mounting bolts m3) * 5 8mm rod (standard 3d printer rods) I'm open to receiving feedback and criticism in the comments, as I need it to fuel my creative passion and drive me towards improvement.
