Pergo Generic Office Chair Arm Rest Repair
thingiverse
I have a fantastic office chair that I adore, but the armrests gradually wear out over time. So I created replacement armrests. Made in PLA and they don't feel as rigid as expected, it's really very comfortable. Used about 144 grams of plastic. Printed with 15% infill, which is incredibly important or else this print will consume a huge amount of plastic. Due to the infill, you'll need to fill the holes with your chosen epoxy/super glue; I used expanding Gorilla glue and let it dry for two days before running the original screws through to cut the threads, then backed them out and installed in the chair. Very sturdy. Included original source files so you can modify as needed. Please share any creations based on these source files; I did upload mine. Enjoy your new armrests!
