Pergo Dog Gate Ends
thingiverse
Print 100% infill (solid) in Flexible TPU or Ninja Flex TPE. I used clear, but I tripped over our purchased dog gate multiple times, causing significant damage. Even the cheapest replacements cost around $65-$70 for two of them. I headed to Lowes/Home depot and bought 10ft PVC schedule 40 PVC pipe. Cut it just a bit short of the actual door width, as it's better to err on the side of caution and make a second cut for perfect length. Print two ends for each piece to pound or jam into place against the wall. The printed ends will hold their position due to friction, eliminating the need for screws or glue. Remember that the pipe is slightly flexible, so you can bow it slightly when placing it against the wall. While pressing that end against the wall, lift the middle section of the pole as if you're plucking a bowstring. With the length shortened, tilt the other end into position and reduce pressure on the middle section to secure it firmly in place.
