Update: I've put more effort into this based on danzca6's comment and now you can mark 90, 100, and 110mm. It's great that everyone gets to voice their opinions! It's really tough to get my calibers precisely into the printer to mark off exactly 100 mm before telling your printer to extrude exactly 100mm of filament for calibration. So here's a solution: just hold the bar in place and mark with a marker, then on your controller move the Extruder axis 100 mm and adjust CONTROL/MOTION/"Esteps/mm". If you extruded too little, bump up the number. If you extruded too much, bump down the number. MAKE SURE YOU MEASURE THE EXTRUDED PART to be sure it's 100mm. Remember that if you're calibrating your extruder, you may have reason to believe it's not right! For example, I had 9.25 mm left and my setting was 728.0. I moved it to 745.0 to get my perfect 100 mm extruded. To get the numbers to print in Cura, you will need to use a .25 mm nozzle. Using a .4 nozzle, all prints are okay but the numbers aren't printed. ** Expect to have to re-figure your Z Offset if an Esteps/mm setting is changed.
