Perfussion chamber
prusaprinters

Circular adapter for a Nikon microscope stage. The adapter features a hole for a coverslip (60x24 mm would fit), with lose fitting, and an imaging area in the centre. This was design to use with magnets of size ~0.95x0.45x1.1 mm, that are glued into the 4 holes.

4 chambers are provided for coverslips of sizes 8 mm and 10 mm. This system was designed for the application of cold, so the coverslips have a groove around the imaging area to minimize the heat transfer between the setup and the perfusion area. Two of the designs have grooves for the tubing and the thermocouple used in this experiment.

The chamber is held in place with holders that also feature holes to glue magnets (make sure you glue the right orientation!). The holders can fit loosely, so I glued rubber (from rubber bands, do not overcomplicate) onto the central part for better grip.
