Use at your own risk: no engineering expertise is guaranteed here. This mount allows you to install a standard Chinese downtube battery pack onto a Performer Goal recumbent bike. It may fit other bikes in their product line, but I'm not certain about that. The mount uses the frame's curves to stiffen it and prevent it from touching the chain. I think this bike is an excellent platform for an ebike conversion on a recumbent. To print: Print the fore and aft pieces separately. Optionally load the 'stiffener' STL files as modifiers in your slicer. These cylinders can be used to set infill to 100% in the area where the screws clamp down. To assemble: Use two pan head screws in the aft of the mount. Use one allen head screw in the fore mount. The rear derailleur and brake cables pass through channels in the rear mount. Quick ties hold the mount to the frame. Q ties or (preferably) 24"x1" velcro straps provide extra support for the battery. These straps are not optional because they're needed to bear most of the weight of the battery in this upside-down orientation.
