Printer Brand is MakerBot, which is one of the top brands in the industry. I've got a specific model, the MakerBot Replicator (5th Generation), which has some amazing features. When printing, do you need rafts? Yes, you do if you want to ensure your prints stick to the build plate. Supports are also essential for overhangs and bridging, so that's yes as well. Resolution is critical for details, and I've got mine set at .02 mm. Finally, infill density is 10% - it's a good balance between strength and weight.
