Pepper Mill Funnel (parametric)

Pepper Mill Funnel (parametric)

thingiverse

A Versatile Funnel for Refilling Pepper, Salt, or Spice Mills / Grinders. Now You Can Keep Peppercorns Right Inside the Grinder, Not All Over Your Kitchen Floor. There are Several Other Pepper Mill Funnels on Thingiverse, But None of Them Fit My Needs or Grinders Very Well, Even with Scaling. A Shaft Guide Keeps the Funnel Centered and Stable While Transferring Peppercorns. The Guide is Located at the Bottom to Accommodate Short or Long Shafts. The Funnel is Angled So It's Harder for Peppercorns to Bounce Out of Its Sides. Since This Funnel Can Be Customized, It Can Be Sized to Fit the Grinder Opening Exactly, Allowing the Grinder to Be Maximized in Capacity. If You Print Multiple Funnels, They Can Also Be Nested Within Each Other for Storage. You Can Customize the Bottom Diameter and Screw/Shaft Diameter to Best Suit Your Specific Mill(s). The Funnel's Mouth Can Also Be Sized to Fit Your Pouring Container, Along with Several Other Settings. Note That the Height of the Funnel Will Automatically Scale So It Doesn't Exceed a Set Angle, Enabling It to Be Printed Without Supports. I Have Attached Two STL Files Currently. Both Feature a 65mm Mouth at the Top, Which is Large Enough to Catch Peppercorns Poured from a Big 19.5oz Tone's Peppercorn Bottle (What You Can Buy at a Restaurant Supply Store or Wholesale Club). They Both Are Designed for a 6mm Screw/Shaft Size (7mm Hole with Tolerances). The 33mm File Fits an Ozeri Artesio Electric Pepper Mill, While the 38mm File Fits a Vintage Olde Thompson Wooden Pepper Mill.
