Peppa Pig - Grandpa Train

This is the Grandpa's train from Peppa Pig that I built for my little girl. Every detail on this model was carefully crafted and printed on white PLA, then painted with acrylic and sealed with two coats of water-based lacquer to give it a smooth finish. Here are some helpful tips to keep in mind: Always enable supports when printing complex parts like shafts, wheels, and hooks to ensure they print correctly. If you're having trouble with fit, try enlarging the holes slightly using a drill bit - it makes all the difference! For wheels to run smoothly, use a 4.25-4.5 mm drill bit specifically designed for that purpose. Be sure not to mix engine wheels with regular ones, as they have a wider diameter. When assembling this model, use cyanoacrylate glue to secure everything in place - but be careful when gluing shafts ends, or the wheels won't rotate properly!
