The original text originates from Pepi I's pyramid in Saqqara, dating back to around 2300-2180 BC. Notably, Pepi's cartouche appears repeatedly on four distinct occasions. A detailed 3D scan of the pyramid was conducted at the Petrie Museum in 2017, capturing its front surface with precision.
