I tried to track down a reliable Pepe model, but they were all pretty subpar and either misshapen or poorly crafted. So taking on my memelord responsibilities, I created my very first 3D model (yes this is the very first thing I've ever modeled) to restore balance to the force. You'll likely need to print it with a raft or use supports.
