Pepakura IronMan helmet
thingiverse
The "Samurai Easy Helmet" (number 4 on the list) from http://ironmancostuming.wikia.com/wiki/Pep_Files was selected by Dubean and converted into a .pdf file which was then cleaned up in Illustrator to produce an accurate .dxf for laser cutting in paper. Papakura Viewer (http://www.tamasoft.co.jp/pepakura-en/) is the software used to open .pdo files. The assembly process involves printing, cutting, folding, and gluing (tape can also be helpful). It took approximately 4-5 hours to assemble, with time constraints leading to omission of some parts but retaining the essentials for a party. A picture will be taken once completed.
