Peopoly Moai Heater Enclosure

This is an add-on heater for the Peopoly Moai. It uses affordable parts available through Banggood and Amazon, totaling about $45 when including the power adapter. The power supply needs to be capable of supplying around 8 amps of power, so get a power supply that can handle that amount. The wiring should use at least 18-gauge wire or heat buildup and problems could occur. Do not use any plugs unless they are rated for at least 8 amps. Hardwiring is recommended. The parts were printed in PLA without any supports. Included are parts to manage the wiring and sensor. If you use the power supply mentioned, the plug is the same as the one on the Moai, so a little plate that labels the heater plug has been included. It was printed in two colors (layer change) so that the text stands out. Also included is a plate that can be mounted under the power switch with heater setting information; this is optional. To create different colored text during printing: if your printer supports M600 gcode, after creating your gcode file, see what layer the text starts on and then search for "layer x" where x is the layer where the text begins. Once found, look down a few lines for a line similar to G1 X104.995 Y120.727 F4800. After that line, include an M600 and save it. The M600 is a filament change so the printer will pause waiting for you to change the filament and resume printing. White text on black background was printed. A separate case for the controller has also been included in case someone wants to use it for another setup.
