Peon230 Antenna Mount

thingiverse

This is a custom mount for the Peon230 3D printed quadcopter specifically designed to house two antennas from a FrSky receiver at a precise 90-degree angle.\r\n\r\nThe need arose to create a sturdy framework that could securely position these two critical components, and this design meets that requirement perfectly.\r\n\r\nThe mount seamlessly integrates into the three slots located near the quadcopter's logo on its top plate, ensuring a secure fit. It is then firmly held in place by zip-ties, eliminating any risk of it coming loose during flight.\r\n\r\nTwo circular holes are strategically positioned to accommodate a 3mm straw, providing additional support for the antennas or allowing them to be attached directly to the zip-ties.\r\n\r\nThe larger central hole was intended as an access point for an FPV antenna to pass through the mount, but this feature remains unfinished, awaiting further development.
