Peon 230 landing gear
thingiverse
This snap-on landing gear perfectly fits into the rectangular holes on the Peon 230's arms, requiring some force to push it in and securing it firmly even during hard landings. It functions best when approaching a landing straight down, but be aware that if the drone is moving forward upon landing, the front two legs can collapse. Currently, I am working on a v2 design which will clip in securely, ensuring it stays attached during crashes. The quad offers 50mm of clearance underneath, allowing for easy placement of a small flashlight or lifting it off the ground for takeoffs and landings. Printing settings include a .2mm layer height, 20% infill, and no supports required - simply print four units, one for each arm.
