This is part of one of the buildings from the historic Pentridge prison.\r\nhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HM_Prison_Pentridge\r\nOne of the prisoners housed here was Ned Kelly, who met his end by hanging and was subsequently laid to rest on site.\r\nhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ned_Kelly.\r\nMy team is currently working on a major development project for the property and has been meticulously modeling each heritage building on the grounds.\r\nI included this particular structure because I have a genuine fondness for it, and I'm hoping you will too.\r\n(I created an arch within the roof to prevent any additional support from being necessary)\r\nThe base of the model is surprisingly slender as well.\r\nMy intention is to add more heritage buildings from the site in the near future.\r\nPlease note that my initial 3D print was done at the lowest quality setting, simply to test its feasibility. Now that it has proven successful, I plan to recreate the model on a larger scale with enhanced details.\r\nBy the way, I utilize ArchiCAD for modeling and documenting the buildings, then transfer the results to Artlantis where I add texture maps and other visual enhancements.
