This 3D rendering was initially produced with Sketchup 8 and later transformed into various other formats for use. Its original native file type is .skp, while 3dsmax scenes were designed using the 2016 edition of 3ds Max software and rendered utilizing Vray 3.00 technology. This model combines elements from two separate creations: my own contribution and a model shared by Paul. To effectively visualize this design, disable shadows first, then switch off visibility for the roof, second floor, penthouse area, and ceiling. By doing so, you will be able to observe the original layout of apartments clearly. This approach enables users to comprehend the connection between the elevated penthouse space and the levels situated beneath it more effectively. I would like to extend sincere gratitude to Paul for his invaluable collaboration on this project, marking a milestone as my 200th produced model. Additionally, this design may also serve as inspiration for a hypothetical executive office suite – essentially, an enviable space commanding unparalleled views from its lofty heights, fittingly termed "new heights" in one's career advancement!
