Penthouse Free 3D model

This model was initially built in Sketchup 8 before being converted into all other 3D formats with native .skp format at its core, a 3dsmax scene from 3ds Max 2016 version and rendered using Vray 3.00 software. A huge thank you to Paul who made the creation of this model possible. For a long time I had been thinking about building a penthouse, frequently considering it in my mind for many days. Several days ago I finally figured out how to make it happen. I extracted the roof and wall sections from one of Paul's Projects, used them as the base, and then built on top of that tower. Made with lightweight aluminum framing and stress skin panels, this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath unit was carefully constructed. By using the ceiling panels underneath, I located the front door and subsequently added the rest of the structure to complete the building. The Great Room has two stories high with a vent on its ceiling for proper ventilation. This model rests lightly on the roof while leaving enough space over for a greenhouse, rabbit hutches and other future projects. A special thanks once again to Paul whose help was invaluable.
