The Graphgear 1000 is a great pencil, but one of its biggest issues you can see in the Amazon reviews is the fact that the plastic barrel breaks easily over time. Rather than throwing mine out and getting a new one or continuing to super glue it, I decided to solve my problems the right way: by 3D printing! I highly recommend printing on a resin printer, as the threads are very fine and there are tabs inside for keeping things oriented. I didn't leave room for the hardness label since I felt it unimportant, and it would require the label to be printed on label paper.This part was printed on an Anycubic Photon Mono with Anycubic Eco resin.
