PentaPrisma Twisty Puzzle

Seven Sided-Puzzle: Top and bottom can be rotated by 72° while five sides turn by 180°. You must print: 1x Core 2x BigCenter+Cap, 5x SmallCenter+Cap 5x Edge.5 10x Edge.10 10x Corner.10 Ensure first and last layers are rounded properly, or the puzzle might bind. You will need M3 screws. With springs, use 5x M3x30mm + 2x M3x20mm. Without springs, you'll likely require about 20mm and 15mm (though this hasn't been tested). The PDF will help cut stickers correctly: print it on regular paper and glue with non-fluid adhesive to the back of your sticker sheet. Cut carefully, avoiding black lines. Print Settings Notes: General Configuration: You'll need a lot of brim for the Core. Pieces are not hollow, so use infill structures. I used 20% infill with 3DhoneyComb, 3-layer perimeter, and 4-8 layer bottom and top perimeter (depending on pieces). Orientation: Some pieces (smallCenter+Cap and BigCenter+Cap) should be rotated in the slicer. You can also rotate Corner.10 and Edge.10 by 180° to improve inner mechanism quality, but only if your printer can handle small supports – mine couldn't. Regardless, it's a good idea to rotate Edge.5 pieces by 90°. This ensures different layer orientation for Edge.10 and Edge.5, which likely increases turning quality. Again, this works only if your printer/slicer handles support – mine couldn't.
