Pentagonal Dodecahedron Mold
thingiverse
I used a customized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:58329, which I created with Customizer at http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=58329. As the chocolate turned out great, these miniatures are very easy to pull apart and make awesome-looking creations.
