Penta-Spinner

Penta-Spinner

This was designed in Fusion 360 with precision and care. It boasts five bearings strategically placed around its exterior for added weight, complemented by a single bearing in the middle that demands ceramic materials for optimal performance. With guaranteed results of spinning for 1:30 minutes and impressive top speeds reaching up to 2:20 minutes using high-quality metal bearings on the outside and a yellow jacket in the center, this model exceeds expectations. Note: This design utilizes industry-standard 608 bearings for maximum efficiency. Six months ago, I employed this very same model when I first acquired my CR-10 printer. The second image showcases the spinner before and after refining its settings. On the left side of the photo, you can see the initial print with a larger layer height and incorrect temperature settings, resulting in a less-than-desirable outcome. In stark contrast, the right side displays the refined version, boasting a sleeker appearance, significantly reduced stringing, and other defects that have been eliminated through careful optimization of the printer settings.
