Penshaw Monument
thingiverse
Penshaw Monument is an ancient Greek style temple which sits on top of Penshaw hill in north east England It was built in 1845 to commemorate John Lambton, the 1st Earl of Durham and is now owned by the National Trust it is also known as the Earl of Durham's Monument and can be seen for many miles I created the model to the dimensions I could find and scaled the rest of the features. The model is on two parts which fit nicely together I used supports for the roof section but not for the base and columns The monument is a place close to my heart and when I am travelling home, as soon as I see it i know I'm almost there, I hope this prints well for people
