Penrose triangle pendant (2) (dual extrusion)
thingiverse
Pendant representing a Penrose triangle, an impossible figure that looks like one thing from one angle but something else entirely when viewed from another. Designed for dual-extrusion printers, separate STL files are provided for blue and white colors, with the shape being blue inside and white as a thin outer layer. On the back side, two variable-diameter holes allow for rope attachment. A thin synthetic rope is inserted into fire, then immediately pulled out to create a long, thin end. The molten end is then threaded through one of the holes using pliers, tied in a knot, cut off, and pulled back through the hole. Designed in OpenSCAD, this pendant includes ad-hoc support structures for added stability. For more information or variations on this design, see versions 1 and 3.
