Penrose Pyraminx
thingiverse
I'm excited to share my penrose pyraminx with you. After the penrose cube became a sensation, I started thinking about applying the same concept to other puzzles. That's when I discovered the penrose megaminx made by OGre Cubes, but surprisingly, I couldn't find any examples of a penrose pyraminx. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and create one. I'm still in shock that no one has made one before me, so I'll just have to take credit for it. To build this amazing puzzle, you will need some specific hardware. You'll require 4 M3 screws, approximately 30-31mm long, and 4 springs. I used a Moyu pyraminx hardware set, but the screws were a bit too long, so I had to cut them down. You can find the hardware at this link: https://thecubicle.us/moyu-pyraminx-hardware-p-6439.html Here's what you'll need for parts: Core (1) Center (4) Curved Edge (2) Normal Edge (4) Tip Holder (4) Tip (4) To see the penrose pyraminx in action, check out this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JKFf5YN-7nU
