Penrose Kite / Dart tiling

This generates the kite and dart tiles along with all 7 vertex figures possible with Penrose aperiodic kite-dart tiling https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Penrose_tiling#Kite_and_dart_tiling_(P2). Tabs at edges both link tiles and restrict tile placement to those allowed. I've only laser cut tiles from 4mm ply. The photo shows a tiling in which all 7 vertex figures can be seen. Inset can be adjusted to get a snug fit on laser cut or 3D printed tiles. The tile and configuration descriptions are short but a largish set of functions are needed to create the tiled figures. There are other Penrose tile designs on Thingiverse, but AFAIK this is the only customizable version.
