Penny whistle mouthpiece
thingiverse
Create a fully parametric penny whistle mouthpiece using OpenSCAD and an appropriate tube. Inspiration and guidance can be found at http://www.ggwhistles.com/howto/. Start by measuring the inner and outer diameters of your tube, then input these measurements into the OpenSCAD file to generate a STL file. After printing the mouthpiece, attach it to your tube for sound production. However, if you want to tune the whistle, trim the tube according to detailed instructions available at http://www.ggwhistles.com/howto/. Experiment with various parameters in the OpenSCAD file to achieve desired whistle performance. A new SCAD file with improved lip design is also available for better customization. Additionally, a new mouthpiece option, tinWhistle.stl, has been added with a larger windway compared to tinWhie.stl. Happy experimenting and sharing your findings!
