To connect the heavier weight directly to the pulley arm, use the mechanism found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1739676. The linkage required for joining the smaller and larger weights is identical to that shown in https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:18214 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1914748. These pieces should fit together snugly without glue, although you may need it depending on your specific situation. I printed them using PLA, but they will also work well with PETG or ABS plastic.
