Penny Stand

I like to capture close-up shots, but scale can be tricky to judge. To get a better sense of proportion, I take pictures of my prints alongside a penny. However, having the penny standing upright makes for a more visually appealing image. So, I came up with this simple tripod stand to hold it in place. It's a small project that turned out well, especially since I got to use my calipers for the first time and they worked perfectly on their initial try!
