Penny Fidget Spinner

Penny Fidget Spinner

myminifactory

Fidget spinner constructed from US pennies serving as weights, available in multiple sizes. Delicate ridges secure bearings and pennies firmly in place, specifically designed to fit perfectly on Bones Reds bearings*. These bearings feature a narrower chamfer compared to VXB bearings*, which I also use. The pennies and bearing remain securely positioned without the need for adhesive, allowing for easy removal. Coins minted prior to 1982 are crafted from copper, resulting in a significant weight increase of nearly 25%. If desired, users can adjust tolerances using Onshape's capabilities. The fidget spinner employs various filaments, including Protopasta Stainless Steel*, Protopasta Magnetic Iron*, and Intservo Glow in the Dark*. Notably, the metal-based Protopasta filaments exhibit a density roughly twice that of standard PLA.
