This is a versatile mold designed to shape wooden plies into unique penny board forms. The process involves carefully gluing thin layers of wood together, then placing them in a vacuum-sealed bag for an extended period, typically 24 hours, allowing the wood to conform perfectly to the mold's shape. Once bent, you can use a band saw or its equivalent to cut out the desired design and finalize it with a thorough sanding process.
