The “1 inch” (actually 27mm or so) fits over this twist throttle: https://pinshape.com/items/42798-3d-printed-twist-throttle-for-78-handle-barPrinted in TPU on an ender 3 bowden. 2 walls, 15% infill (I'd recommend dropping this to 10%) and no supports. Printer handles it fairly well (the walls have a draft angle so they're not straight overhangs).t
