Human rarely hunts penguins directly, but instead slowly starves them to death. The commercial large-scale capture of krill has left penguins facing undernourishment. Businessmen capture them for the rich krill omega-3s, claiming it's a necessary ingredient! Krill is the foundation of the Antarctic food chain, and emperor penguins, Adelie penguins, blue whales, and various albatrosses feed on it. Without krill at the South Pole, the natural ecosystem will collapse, and penguins will be the biggest victims! A research team believes that industrial-scale capturing is one of the greatest threats to krill in Antarctic waters. If commercial practices of krill aren't stopped, the number of penguins may decrease by 1/3 in the near future. In fact, we don't need to take penguins' food because omega-3 is widely found in human daily foods like fish, nuts, and seaweed. Don't be deceived by commercial interests and gimmicks! Don't buy krill products! You're not spending money on your health, but rather helpinglessness for the lives of penguins. The design of this penguin has been completed for some time. When I learned about the crisis facing penguins, I wanted people to pay attention to this matter. So, I designed an ice floe with anchors hanging from it to clearly show that humans have invaded penguins' territory excessively.
