The penguin was crafted specifically for my aunt, who's absolutely enamored with these flightless birds. The puzzle design isn't very challenging, making it suitable for a three-year-old child. This build took place on a desktop CNC machine provided by Stepcraft using 4 mm thick poplar plywood and a spiral-toothed 1.2 mm flute. After the machining process, the pieces required some light sanding and basic gluing together to complete. To add some color, I used spray paint. A laser cutter would be an excellent alternative tool for creating even smaller versions of this puzzle. You can find more animal puzzles by visiting https://www.zenziwerken.de/en/Spielsachen/Tiere. I utilized 123D Make from Autodesk, which greatly simplifies the process of creating puzzles like this one.
