Pendulum on inclined guides
grabcad
The training model of a pendulum model, formed by a rotating body on inclined rails, is based on the diagram from a video available on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=489&v=myLgxvj3XfM&feature=emb_logo. A distinctive feature of this pendulum model is that it features a double cone with cylinders at each end and toroidal surfaces connecting the conical and cylindrical parts, accelerating through gravity. The simulation of damped oscillations in the pendulum is performed in this case. Friction at contact points between the pendulum and the inclined rails causes dissipation of the potential energy stored by the pendulum when placed at an extreme position on its trajectory at the beginning of the experiment.
