The system was designed with precision, using Sketchup to bring the fully functional model cabin ropeway to life. It features two ropes, one stationary and one moving, which are driven by a geared 12V DC motor. The Arduino Mega takes control of this movement, utilizing Mosfet/PWM to regulate the speed. As the cabins begin their journey, they accelerate smoothly, reaching the station where they come to a gradual stop. To achieve this precise control, ultrasound sensors connected to the Arduino continuously measure the distance between the cabin and the station, adjusting the motor's speed accordingly. To replicate this system, download the Sketchup file containing all necessary components and extract them manually. The fun of constructing it lies in bringing these components together seamlessly.
